ประวัติความเป็นมาของ "AR"
บริษัท แอพพลายด์ รีเสิร์ช แอนด์ อินโนเวชั่น เทคโนโลยี ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด ได้ทำการจัดตั้งเป็นบริษัทจำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 โดย กลุ่มผู้ถือหุ้นชาวไทยทั้งหมดจำนวน 5 ท่าน ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 1,000,000 บาท โดยกิจการได้ประกอบกิจการ รับจ้างออกแบบ (Design) วิจัย (Research) และพัฒนา (Development) งานนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่เชิงพานิชย์ ด้วยทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญนักวิจัยและคณาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัย โดยใช้โมเดล Startup Tech จากงานวิจัยของนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ พร้อมการจัดทำต้นแบบ (Prototype) และพัฒนาต่อยอดงานนวัตกรรมเชิงพานิชย์สู่ภาคธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อขยายธุรกิจ (Scale up Business) กับหุ้นส่วนธุรกิจ (Business Partner) ใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง อันประกอบด้วย:
1) รูปแบบการทำธุรกิจ (Business Model)
2) โครงสร้างต้นทุน (Cost Structure)
3) การปรับรูปแบบการทำงาน (Process)
4) โครงสร้างทางการเงิน (Financing)
